This year, the HealthNet Foundation raised slightly over $278,000 thanks to our friends and partners! The funds raised went toward:
- helping 76 patients with their medical expenses;
- revitalizing the HealthNet Community Garden located in the Martindale-Brightwood neighborhood and delivering fresh produce to area residents;
- awarding scholarships to five students pursuing post-secondary education; and
- help launch HealthNet’s Mobile Health unit, which will soon take quality healthcare to residents living in both urban and rural communities.
Our goal is to raise an additional $22,000 this Giving Tuesday to help fight against the health disparities many of our patients face. With your support we can reach that goal!
