Online
When you make a gift online, you give us the resources to provide great care to those who need it most in our community. Make your online donation today with your credit or debit card. You can choose to make this a one-time gift or to set up an automatic monthly donation with your credit or debit card. Donations of any size are appreciated.
By Check
Gifts made by check should be made payable to the HealthNet Foundation and noting gift designation in the memo line.

Payroll Deduction for HealthNet Employees
Setting up your payroll deduction is simple. Complete the withholding authorization form through HealthNet’s Human Resource Department and submit it to HR. Once your form has been submitted, your payroll deduction will begin on the next scheduled pay period.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Many companies have a matching gift program: you give an amount, and your employer matches it by giving the same amount. Some companies even have a program for retirees, directors and employee spouses. By taking advantage of a company’s matching gift program, you can arrange for an additional gift that can double or triple the impact of your individual contribution.

- Complete matching gift form and mail it to the HealthNet Foundation with your donation.
- Your company will send the matching gift after the HealthNet Foundation verifies your request.

By naming the HealthNet Foundation as a beneficiary of your will, trust, insurance policy or IRA, you can help ensure that HealthNet will continue to provide great care to those who need it most for years to come, as well as impact the health of our community.

Other Gifts
Gifts of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds allow you to support the HealthNet Foundation while also offering you additional tax benefits. Real estate can be donated to the HealthNet Foundation, including undeveloped land, vacation homes, or buildings.
